To save your time and mine, please do not ask about the following. OK, I'll be honest, these are my pet peaves. Please humor me a moment.

• Mailing Catalogs; we don't, please obtain our beautiful downloadable catalogs here.
• Opinion if a plant will grow in your area; I really don't know, please check with your local garden clubs or agricultural extension department.
• If we sell a plant that is not listed; we don't, otherwise it would be on the list. But we would certainly welcome suggestions about plants that you think are really cool that would be hardy in zone 5.
• If we ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, or International; we don't. California has plant quarantines. Alaska I have to ship bareroot because of cost, not worth the work. Hawaii, come on. International, they would be dead before you received them.

• Compliments; you would. I have receive some very wonderful encouraging emails. Thank you!
• Suggestions; yes, please help us!
• Complaints; surprised? I don't know if something is broken unless someone tells me. For example, I found a complaint about us on another website about our webstore's inventory not matching our retail store availabily. Well I just upgraded our webstore to be pretty close to reality. You can always phone first or email if your drive to our nusery is out of your way.
• Zone 5 (Illinois, southern Wisconsin, southern Michigan, northern Indiana) gardening questions about our plants; I really only know what I have experienced in my local area.
