Description: Zebra Grass grows in upright clumps. The arching, 5/8" to 7/8" wide leaf blades have yellow bands spaced about 2-3" apart yielding 4-7 bands per blade. Pale beige plumes appear in mid October. Similar to 'Strictus' in regards to the heavy banding. However, the leaves are twice as long as 'Strictus' which softens the plant and makes it look more tropical.
