As much as we like perennials, and vowed many years ago that 'Annuals no more!!', there is still a place for annuals in your gardens. Annuals, unlike most perennials bloom most of the season. Unfortunately, they are frost tender and will not return the subsequent years. Flowering annuals can add the bright colors that perennials usually don't exhibit. The following annuals are those that we think are really cool that are different and harder to find than the common grocery store annual flat. These are what we call 'worthy annuals'.
